Brevard Public Schools (BPS) is the 49th largest district in the United States and the 10th largest district in Florida. With 83 schools, 10 special centers, and 12 charter schools, the district educates its students in 17 different municipalities across the Space Coast. Of BPS’ 83 schools, 64 earned state Five Star awards for volunteerism and community engagement, 25 were deemed state Schools of Excellence, and six were named National Blue-Ribbon Schools (out of 12 in Florida).
